Depot Service

SATO guarantees that its printers, along with their components and accessories, will operate flawlessly and be free from any defects in craftsmanship or materials, provided they are purchased directly from SATO or an authorised distributor or reseller. This promise comes with a one-year warranty for spare parts but excludes print heads, platen rollers, and cutter assemblies.
SATO Online Services (SOS)

SOS is a cloud-based IoT solution that enhances uptime by monitoring printer status and alerting operators when parts need replacement. It enables proactive preventative maintenance, providing users with 24/7 monitoring, and can help reduce printer downtime by up to 86%.
