High-quality printing with various material types

We produce high-quality materials to ensure optimal performance in our barcode printers. The main face stock types are Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer, and the main base material types are Paper and Film.
Custom finishing techniques

All consumables are available in custom shapes die-cut to your requirements. Printing and rewinding directions can also be customised.
Custom ticket designs

The tickets can be customised with a pre-printed company logo or colour images. We have in-house designers to meet customers' various design requirements.
Variable information

Information like descriptions, seat numbers, time, price, barcodes and serial numbers are printed on the tickets for identification and verification using SATO printers.

What are the ideal storage conditions for my ticket stock?

Please store it in a cool and dark place. Avoid hot, humid and abnormally dry conditions.

Temperature/Humidity:

Thermal transfer consumables: 0 -40℃ / 30 -80%RH
Direct thermal consumables: 0 -35℃ / 30-75%RH

Do I have warranty coverage for ticket consumables?

Yes, SATO offers one-year warranty coverage from the delivery date for thermal transfer & direct thermal consumables (paper/film).
