SATO’s WS2 printer is the healthcare industry’s first disinfectant-ready label printer with antimicrobial casing. It prints patient ID wristbands and inpatient labels at a faster speed than equivalent models.

To help WS2 users further enhance their efficiency in using this printer, SATO developed the WS2 printer utility. This utility provides user access to local or network-connected WS2 printers to perform printer configurations or settings.

    Access and manage interface parameters and general settings such as label and control settings. Users can also perform printer reboot, reset, test print, emulation mode switching, and media and ribbon calibration.

  • Update the printer's firmware

    Convenience of updating firmware through utility tool.

    Enables printer maintenance and repair when necessary.

    Search for active printer devices and access the web control interface to manage active printers.
