What is the purpose of the cleaning card?

Designed to safely and effectively remove dirt, ink, adhesive residue, and other contaminants from the print head, paper guides, and pathways, the cleaning card uses soft fabric embedded in a plastic core to create a pre-saturated disposable product.

How do I use cleaning pens?

Swipe the cleaning pen across the print head surface to remove dirt, ink, adhesive residue and other contaminants. This pen can be used whenever a new label roll, thermal paper or ribbon stock is used.

Where do I use cleaning wipes?

Use Cleaning Wipes on thermal print heads, platen rollers, and other printer interior surfaces. It is ideal for use each time the user changes the media roll.

What do I use IPA cleaning solution?

Use an Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) cleaning solution to clean the printer's exterior effectively and safely to avoid damage.
